Hi Friend! I am Andi Diamond.

When I first started my business, Andi Diamond Photography, over 14 years ago, I would stay up until 3am....every night, struggling to try to figure things out. My first year in business I made a whopping $4,000. I realized I could not go on like this. Everything in my life was suffering- my marriage, my sanity, my sleep! I wanted so badly to own a successful and profitable business while also giving the best of myself to my baby boy (who is now 15!). I realized I had to put the business side of my business FIRST. I did not study business and marketing in college, so I poured myself into every resource I could find to help me learn the in's and out's of profitable entrepreneurship.

I was not born "good at marketing" or a "natural sales-woman"...unless you count my school-aged years of walking around my neighborhood selling tickets to my gymnastics show that my best friend and I put on in my front yard. But I do believe that marketing skills can be learned and perfected. I've made the mistakes. I've wasted valuable time and money, and I want to help you demystify the marketing side of your business so you don't make my same blunders.

I love teaching small business owners how to elevate their own skillset. I love helping others succeed and find their voice in what feels like an impossible world to be heard in. I don't just talk the talk, I walk the walk. I run a full time portrait studio in Tampa, FL, netting well over 6 figures, while also raising 2 kids and having time to enjoy my marriage and my "ME" time.

I found a way to have the life I want while also running a business that does not run me. I have the TIME and FREEDOM to do what I want; if that means vacations (yes...please!), volunteering at my daughter's school (my son would die if I volunteered at his high school), working out on my Peloton at 10am, or getting my hair done at 1pm on a Tuesday.
